General Meeting of Fund Members: Approves changes and additions in the Fund’s statutes. Determines the chief activities of the Fund. Approves the charitable program.

Board of Directors: Elected for a period of three years and composed of five people. Appoints the Executive Management, under the head of the Fund Director.

Supervisory Council: Elected at the General Meeting. Composed of three people each serving three years, to audit the financial and economic management activities of the Fund.

Executive Management of the Fund: Directs the Fund in accomplishing its goals.

Children’s Department: Oversees the activities and organizes the work with short-term and long-term residential children.

Group of Short-term Residential Children: Oversees care of 16 short-term residential children, ages 3 to 18, found in difficult life circumstances. Provides multi-faceted help (social, psychological, educational, and medical). Searches and decides on an adoptive family or a government institution for the children.

Group of Long-term Residential Children: Oversees care of 32 long-term residential children, ages 3 to 18, found in difficult life circumstances. Provides multi-faceted help (social, psychological, educational, and medical). Works to bring about vital, well-rounded development.

Social Program “Follow Me”: Conducts meetings and discussions on pressing topics in government-run boarding schools and orphanages.
